Yes, when the Playbook continues evaluating while you are away and Web Push is registered on the device. A Push subscription does not keep a normal Playbook running. Background Evaluation is what lets an eligible Playbook continue monitoring after TensorAlgo is closed, so it can create new lifecycle events to send while you are away.
