AI Playbook Builder turns a written strategy idea into a complete Playbook with one supported strategy using existing TensorAlgo strategy blocks. You can review and adjust it, then choose Save or Save & Activate. After saving, you can add more strategies up to your plan limits.
No. AI Playbook Builder creates the complete Playbook, but you remain in control. Choose Save to keep it inactive or Save & Activate to save and activate it after validation passes.
Yes. Review the market, direction, generated strategy summary, validation result, targets, stop rules, and other advanced settings before activation. The Playbook is ready to save, but generated rules do not guarantee profitable results.
Background Evaluation costs $49 for Pro and $39 for Max for one eligible Playbook and 30 consecutive calendar days.
No. Turning it off stops new background evaluation, but the 30-day period continues and the expiry date does not change.
No. Background Evaluation is not available for rented Playbooks.
CSV Trade Export is included with Pro and Max. Other account types may include it when CSV export appears in the signed-in account limits under Settings → Billing. It is not included with Starter.
The export uses the current Trade History filter, including the selected instrument, result, period or date, and sort order.
Yes. The standard deterministic analytics do not use AI credits. AI credits are required only when you run the optional AI-powered analysis.
Choose an instrument and period first. If the card still has no results, the selected scope may contain no completed trades or may be outside your historical-data entitlement.
No. Deactivation stops active evaluation and signals but does not cancel the rental or subscription.
Deleting a rented Playbook removes the local copy and can cancel renewal. Paid access may remain until the current rental period ends, while the Playbook is removed from the Playbooks menu.
Open Settings, select Dashboard, choose any required instrument or market, and select the card you want to add. Return to the dashboard to view and arrange it.
The account may have reached its GEX/Gamma-card or streamed-symbol limit, the card may already be present where duplicates are not supported, or the feature may be unavailable for the current account state. Compare current usage with the effective limits shown for the account.
Yes. Support Tickets are private, account-linked requests available only inside the logged-in TensorAlgo dashboard. Visitors without an account can use the public Contact TensorAlgo form.
Open the public Contact TensorAlgo form and select Support. The response is sent by email.
Log in to TensorAlgo, open Help & Support, and select My Support Tickets. The public Support Center also includes a registered-user link to that dashboard section.
Trade Tape shows the current lifecycle of plans produced by active Playbooks. Use Trade History to review saved historical trade records.
Confirm the card market, show planned setups with the P control, and verify that the relevant Playbook is active. A plan may also be waiting for complete entry, target, stop, or current market data.
Use the P control in the Trade Tape heading. Hiding planned setups keeps the card focused on armed, triggered, and in-trade plans.
The card shows options-derived context such as Max Pain, Vol Trigger, Net DEX, Total AG, ATM IV, Dealer Regime, Gamma Flip, walls, rankings, and nearby important levels for the selected expiry.
No. Rankings show where options positioning is concentrated. They do not guarantee that price will reverse, stop, or accelerate at a level.
Gamma Flip is the estimated level where the signed Gamma profile changes from one side of zero to the other. Its interpretation depends on the selected expiry and current positioning.
Call Wall and Put Wall are concentrated call-side and put-side reference levels. They provide market context but do not guarantee support, resistance, or direction.
No. Max Pain is an expiry-based options reference associated with the lowest aggregate intrinsic payout across the relevant option set. It is context, not a price target.
No. Vol Trigger is a volatility-regime reference level. It is not an automatic entry, guaranteed breakout, or guaranteed support or resistance level.
GEX, OI, rankings, and regime context are calculated for the selected option expiry. Different expiries can produce different results.
The expiry may not exist for the instrument, the market may be between expiry windows, data may be temporarily unavailable, or Strict fallback may prevent replacement. Try Default or another supported mode.
Current Crypto Gamma coverage is available for BTCUSDT and ETHUSDT. Other crypto symbols can appear elsewhere in TensorAlgo without Crypto Gamma coverage.
Confirm that the symbol is BTCUSDT or ETHUSDT and review the update age. Live price availability does not automatically mean options-derived Gamma data is available.
Yes, for supported Gamma-enabled crypto instruments. Add a supported level-relation, Gamma metric, or Greek/regime condition and combine it with complete entry, invalidation, and trade-management rules.
The instrument may lack coverage, current Gamma data may be unavailable or stale, or the condition combination may be unsupported. Confirm the Playbook uses BTCUSDT or ETHUSDT and try again with fresh data.
No. Saved Risk Profiles compare setups with personal preferences and show compatibility warnings. The Playbook’s own settings govern execution.
The account may have reached its effective saved-Risk-Profile limit. The signed-in account limit shown in TensorAlgo is authoritative.
AI Credits are the included AI allowance for supported actions such as AI Playbook Builder and optional AI-powered Trade Intelligence analysis. Standard deterministic analytics do not consume AI Credits.
Check AI Credits left today, AI Credits left in the billing period, the displayed action cost, and whether an applicable Platform Credit fallback is available.
Platform Credits are a separately purchased balance for eligible paid actions. They are separate from the AI Credits included with a plan. The payment screen shows whether an action accepts them.
Confirm checkout completed, return to Settings → Credits, review Platform Credit Activity, and allow a short period for confirmation. Open a Support Ticket if payment succeeded but the balance remains missing.
Open Settings → Billing → Subscription. It shows the current plan, subscription status, payment method, current period end, renewal state, and the actions available for the account.
When the current subscription is expired or cancelled and no active subscription blocks the change, Billing can show Choose payment method or another new-checkout action. Use the action currently shown for the account.
Open Settings → Billing → Plans. The comparison shows the current limits and marks the signed-in account plan.
Renting provides access for the displayed rental period and renewal state. Buying provides lifetime access to the listing under the terms shown during checkout.
No. Eligible Marketplace strategy parameters and proprietary conditions remain protected for renters and purchasers, and acquired Playbooks cannot be republished as your own.
Use one of the methods currently displayed at checkout. The current rental flow can offer card payment, Platform Credits, or crypto.
Renewal depends on the payment method and terms shown at checkout. Card and Platform Credit rentals can auto-renew until cancelled; crypto rentals can require manual renewal.

Yes. The Buy lifetime option provides purchased lifetime access under the terms shown during checkout.

The Playbook needs trading activity across at least 10 separate trading days, with at least one closed trade on each qualifying day.
No. Only eligible Playbooks created by your account can be listed. Rented, purchased, and system-default Playbooks cannot be sold.
An approved streamer or creator earns 15% commission on eligible referred subscription revenue, and a newly referred customer receives a separate 15% discount on the eligible monthly subscription price.
No. Referral-code lookup is case-insensitive in the supported referral flow.
The inviter earns 3% of eligible subscription revenue generated by subscribers referred by the directly invited streamer. It is tracked separately from the streamer’s Affiliate commission.
Eligible Affiliate and Invite Streamers commission remains pending for 14 days so payment, subscription, refund, reversal, and attribution changes can be processed.
Refresh the dashboard, confirm the signed-in account and payment result, and allow a short period for reconciliation. Do not repeat checkout while the first payment is still being processed.
