Why commissions remain pending for 14 days

Eligible Affiliate and Invite Streamers commission is held in a pending state for 14 days from the applicable commission event recorded by TensorAlgo.

Why there is a hold

The pending period allows time to account for:

• payment confirmation;
• subscription changes;
• cancellations, refunds, or reversals;
• duplicate or invalid attribution;
• required ledger adjustments.

What pending means

A pending commission has been recorded but is not yet available for payout. It can still be adjusted if the underlying payment, subscription, or attribution changes during the hold.

After the hold

After 14 days, an eligible entry can move to the next configured commission or payout state. The exact status shown in the signed-in account is authoritative.

Separate ledgers

Affiliate commission and Invite Streamers inviter commission are separate ledger entries. Their status can differ even when both relate to the same underlying subscription revenue.

When a commission remains pending longer

Open a Support Ticket when more than 14 days have passed, the underlying subscription remains eligible, the entry has not progressed, and no explanatory status is shown.

Include the visible commission reference and date. Do not include payment credentials.
