Understand commission and payout status

The Affiliate and Invite Streamers areas show account-specific commission totals and status. Read the current ledger rather than relying on an older screenshot or estimate.

Pending commission

The commission has been recorded but is still inside the 14-day hold or is awaiting another required check. It is not yet paid.

Eligible, available, or scheduled

The hold and required checks have completed, and the entry can proceed under the current payout process. The exact label depends on the current workflow.

Paid commission

The payout record indicates that the commission was paid through the configured payout method.

Adjusted or reversed

The amount changed because the underlying subscription, payment, refund, reversal, or attribution changed.

Information a ledger entry can include

• commission type;
• associated referral or invited streamer;
• eligible revenue base;
• commission amount;
• created date;
• hold-until date;
• current status.

When to contact support

Open a Support Ticket when:

• the displayed attribution is incorrect;
• an eligible referral is missing;
• the 14-day hold passed without a status change;
• a paid entry has no matching payout confirmation;
• an adjustment has no understandable reason.

Include the visible entry reference and date.
