Install TensorAlgo as an app
TensorAlgo can be installed from app.tensoralgo.com as a Progressive Web App on supported browsers and devices. The installed version uses the same TensorAlgo account and dashboard, but opens in a focused standalone window instead of a normal browser tab.
Install from the TensorAlgo prompt
When the browser reports that TensorAlgo is installable, TensorAlgo can show a branded Install TensorAlgo prompt.
- Open app.tensoralgo.com in the browser you want to use.
- When Install TensorAlgo appears, select it.
- Review the browser's native installation dialog.
- Confirm the installation.
- Launch TensorAlgo from the installed app shortcut.
TensorAlgo does not fabricate installation availability. The branded prompt appears only after the browser itself supplies an installable-app event.
If you choose Maybe later
Selecting Maybe later closes the branded prompt and stores the dismissal on that browser/device.
TensorAlgo waits seven days before showing that branded prompt again, and only does so if the browser still reports the dashboard as installable.
You can also use the browser's own installation or Add to Home Screen action when the browser provides one.
Installed mode uses the same dashboard
Installing the app does not create another TensorAlgo account or another set of Playbooks.
Your authenticated account, dashboard configuration, Playbooks, Trade History, Trade Intelligence, and other supported account state remain the same. Installed mode changes how the dashboard is launched and presented on that device.
Installation and notifications are separate
Installing TensorAlgo does not automatically:
- enable Browser alerts;
- grant notification permission;
- register Web Push;
- enable Background Evaluation;
- change which Playbooks may send alerts.
Configure Trade Alerts separately under Settings → Trade Alerts.
A normal supported browser tab can use Trade Alerts without the PWA being installed. Likewise, an installed TensorAlgo app still needs the relevant notification and Web Push permissions when you want those delivery methods.
When installation is useful
Installed mode is useful when you want a dedicated TensorAlgo window, fast access from the operating system or home screen, and less browser-tab clutter around the dashboard.
It does not change strategy evaluation, market sessions, plan limits, or trade lifecycle rules.
