Use Trade Tape
Trade Tape shows the current trade plans produced by active Playbooks.
It is designed for monitoring the current lifecycle of setups. It is not a replacement for Trade History, which is used to review saved historical records.
What Trade Tape can show
A trade-plan row can include:
- the instrument and Playbook;
- strategy name;
- long or short direction;
- current lifecycle state;
- entry price or entry zone;
- profit targets;
- stop loss;
- confidence;
- planned risk/reward;
- compatibility or payoff warnings.
When open trades are present, the card can also show the number of open long and open short trades.
Understand the lifecycle states
Depending on the setup, Trade Tape can show states such as:
- planned;
- armed;
- triggered;
- in trade;
- exit warning.
The exact state depends on the current Playbook lifecycle and available market data.
Show or hide planned setups
Use the P control in the Trade Tape heading to show or hide planned setups.
Hiding planned setups keeps the card focused on armed, triggered, and active trade plans.
Change the sort direction
Use the arrow control in the heading to place the newest plans at the top or bottom.
The selected sort and planned-setup preference can remain available for later sessions.

All-market views
Where available, Trade Tape can be configured for:
- one instrument;
- all supported futures;
- all supported crypto;
- all supported markets.
An all-market view can show more rows than an individual-instrument card.
When Trade Tape is empty
A blank state can mean:
- no active Playbook has produced a current plan;
- planned setups are hidden;
- the current plans do not yet contain an entry, target, and stop;
- the selected instrument has no current lifecycle activity;
- the related market data is temporarily unavailable.
Check that the relevant Playbook is active and that the selected instrument matches the Playbook.
