Troubleshoot a discount or coupon code

Use these checks when a TensorAlgo discount code, coupon code, or promo code is not accepted or the expected checkout price is not shown.

The code is rejected

1. Confirm that you entered the current code exactly as intended. The current official launch code is LAUNCH.
2. Select Apply before choosing a payment method.
3. Confirm that you are using an eligible monthly subscription checkout.
4. If you copied a code from an older post or third-party website, check the official TensorAlgo offers page for the current offer.
5. If the current official code is still rejected, refresh checkout and try once more.

An official promotion can be inactive, not yet started, or ended. Checkout will not apply a promotion that is not currently eligible.

The code says it was applied but the price did not change

After applying a valid code:

1. wait for the checkout quote to refresh;
2. confirm that Discount code applied. is shown;
3. confirm that the monthly price changed;
4. do not continue payment if the displayed total is not what you expect;
5. refresh checkout and apply the code again.

For LAUNCH, an eligible monthly subscription receives a 15% code discount.

The crypto price looks different from the card price

This is expected when crypto is selected.

For an eligible subscription with a discount code:

1. the code discount is applied first;
2. the card price shows the code-discounted amount;
3. the crypto price is then another 10% lower.

For example, Pro at $299 becomes $254.15 with LAUNCH, then $228.74 when paid with crypto.

Can I apply two codes?

No. Checkout accepts one discount code at a time. An official promotion code is not combined with another promotion, coupon, or creator/referral code.

The separate 10% direct-crypto saving can still apply after an eligible subscription discount code.
