Why a Marketplace action is unavailable
Marketplace actions depend on account access, listing eligibility, Playbook ownership, capacity, and transaction state.
Marketplace is not available
Check Settings → Billing → Plans. Marketplace access depends on the signed-in account entitlement. A restricted, expired, or unsynchronized subscription can also prevent access.
Rent or Buy is unavailable
The listing may not offer that option, the account may lack capacity, checkout may already be in progress, or the listing may no longer be available. Refresh the Marketplace and reopen the listing once.
Publish is unavailable
Only eligible Playbooks created by the account can be listed. Rented, purchased, and system-default Playbooks cannot be sold. The Playbook must also have at least 10 separate trading days with one or more closed trades on each day, a title, a description of at least 10 words, and at least one price.
Acquired Playbook is missing
Confirm payment completion, the signed-in account, and current Playbook capacity. Allow a short period for reconciliation, then open a Support Ticket with the listing title, approximate payment time, and visible transaction reference.
