Troubleshoot GEX and OI data
Use these checks when a GEX / OI card is empty, an expiry is unavailable, or the displayed levels differ from another card.
Confirm the instrument mapping
TensorAlgo maps QQQ to NQ, SPY to ES, GLD to GC, and SLV to SI. Make sure you are comparing the same mapped family.
Confirm the expiry
Compare the requested mode, selected expiry, and expiry date. Different expiries can produce different levels, rankings, and regime context.
Review fallback behavior
Next can use the next eligible expiry when the requested expiry is unavailable. Strict requires the requested expiry and does not replace it.
Try another supported mode
When an expiry does not exist for the current instrument or session, try Default or another supported expiry mode.
Allow current data to refresh
Options positioning and derived levels change as current market data changes. Compare cards again only after both display current data and the same expiry.
